One partner for the whole of your family’s wealth.
We don’t sell products or hand you an off-the-shelf plan. We build a solution around your family — your objectives, your appetite for risk, your experience and your preferences — and coordinate everything so it works as one plan.
Our approach
We start with your family.
Every family who comes to us is different — a different balance sheet, a different set of relationships, a different idea of what the wealth is ultimately for. So we don’t begin with a solution. We begin by understanding you, and only then tailor a plan to your objectives, your risk appetite and your experience. Independent, boutique, and paid only by you.
When families come to us
Usually at a turning point
The sale of a business. An inheritance. A separation. A portfolio that has outgrown the way it’s being managed. The moment a founder starts thinking about the next generation. These are the times when the decisions are largest, the emotions highest, and independent guidance matters most.
How we help
Three services — used together, or on their own.
Manage the wealth
Investment Advice & Oversight
Your family's outsourced Chief Investment Officer — institutional discipline applied to your whole balance sheet, not just one portfolio. We size risk before return, see concentrations before they hurt, and answer only to you.
prepare the family
Family Succession & Continuity
A will transfers wealth; it does not prepare a family. We ready the people, relationships and structures — so your wealth and your values strengthen the family across generations, rather than burden it.
Family Office Concierge
Order and calm for a busy, interconnected life. The practical oversight and coordination a growing family enterprise needs — so the moving parts of a complex financial life stay under control, and off your plate.
Take One. Take all Three. It's your choice.
Many families come to us for a single service — often investment oversight or family succession — and add others only when the need is real. Each stands on its own. What we bring, whether you engage us for one or all three, is coordination: underneath everything, we align the structuring, tax and legal specialists your family already relies on, so the parts you use work as one plan rather than disconnected pieces.
A solution, not a product
The same three services. Never the same plan twice.
Two families with similar wealth can need very different things. So the starting point is never a template — it’s a genuine understanding of where you are and where you want to go.
How we're paid
Transparent fees — and no hidden incentives.
Because we take no commissions and hold no in-house products, the only way we’re paid is directly by the family. We agree the structure with you upfront, in plain terms, and choose the model that best fits your situation.
And the first conversation costs nothing. It costs nothing to explore whether we’re the right fit — for you, or for us.
How families find us
Almost always, by introduction.
The families we work with come to us through people who already know us — a client, an accountant, a lawyer, a friend who has sat across the table from us and trusted us with what matters most to them. That is a responsibility we take seriously, and it shapes how we work: discreetly, patiently, and always in the family’s interest. If someone you trust has suggested you speak with us, you’re in good company.
Questions families ask
Before the first conversation.
No. Each service stands on its own, and most families start with just one — often investment oversight — and add others only if and when the need is real. You choose what fits your family. Where you do use more than one, we coordinate them as a single plan rather than run them in isolation.
We hold no in-house products and no funds of our own, and we take no commissions or product payments. The only way we are paid is directly by the family. That means the advice you receive is shaped by your objectives, not by what we have to sell.
We hold our own AFSL (560247) and have our own independent investment advisory board.
We agree the fee with you upfront, in plain terms, and choose the model that best suits your situation — a tiered fee on the assets we oversee, a performance-based structure, a fixed annual fee, or a hybrid of these. There are no hidden incentives, and the first conversation costs nothing.
Our investment oversight is generally suited to families with $3m or more in investable assets, though the right starting point depends on your circumstances and which services you need. The most useful step is a short, confidential conversation to see whether we are a genuine fit — for you, and for us.
No — we work alongside them. Most families of substance already have trusted specialists, and we don’t displace them. Our role is to bring the whole picture together and coordinate everyone around one agreed plan, so their work reflects a shared direction and nothing falls between the cracks.
Almost always by introduction — from a client, an accountant, a lawyer or a friend who knows our work. If someone you trust has suggested you speak with us, that reflects the way we prefer to grow: quietly, and on the strength of the relationships we already hold.
It is confidential, unhurried and without obligation. We listen — to where you are, what’s changing, and what you want your wealth to do — and give you an honest view of whether and how we can help. There is no cost, and no expectation that you proceed.
We are based in Sydney and work with successful Australian families across Australia— business owners and founders, families who have inherited or sold an enterprise, and families navigating a major transition. We deliberately keep our client numbers small so each family receives the attention this work demands.
